Day 7 of 21 Days

Today was a fantastic day of worship both small group & morning worship. Just to hear the testimonies and praise reports about how God is moving during our fast. Also to hear how many people are actually participating is overwhelming. Just what God has promised but always amazing to watch happen. Great expectation!!!

As we move into the week two be on the watch for that attack of the enemy. Guard your heart, mind and soul to attempt to disrupt, discourage, depress & destroy. Remember to remind the enemy that he is already defeated, already.

Day 7 leads us to John chapter 7 and here’s a few note to deepen your personal devotional and journaling time. Jesus was forced to withdraw and minister in Galilee. The reason was tragic: the religionists throughout Judaea and Jerusalem had reacted so violently against Him that they sought to kill Him. The word "sought" is continuous action. They kept on seeking to kill Him.

  • The Response of Jesus' Brothers: Mockery and Unbelief, 7:1-9
  • The Response of the Jews: Seeking, Yet Questioning, 7:10-19
  • The Response of the People: A Charge of Insanity, Yet Still Questioning, 7:20-31
  • The Response of the Rulers and Authorities: A Charge of Being a Rabble-Rouser, 7:32-36
  • The Great Claim of Jesus and Divided Opinions About Him, 7:37-53
Jesus stood up and cried out, "If any one thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, Our of his heart will flow rivers of living water..." Jesus is offering a beautiful relationship that flows to each and everyone of us. It is my prayer that through this fast that you will open your heart to His offer of rivers of Living Water.
